Maya’s First Ukulele Performance at Windward Mall

Maya did her first ukulele performance at Windward mall with her Ukulele class. She only practices with about 5 of them every Saturday.

The last photo is a screenshot of the video. You can see she waves to me near the end of the clip.

Pa-yaya… Sawyer Papaya Man!

We went to grandpa and grandmas work yesterday and Sawyer found this box of sweet delicious papayas. I woke up in the morning to discover him eating one of them.

Thanks for the Papayas Grandma and Grandpa Goto!

Remember this funny video of sawyer when he was little saying Pa-Ya-Ya. So funny. Still my favorite post.

Sawyer’s Cutout Toys

Sawyer has broken from the 2d paper and started making cutout toys that fly around!!! Mostly rocket ships with jet packs.

…I kind of regret showing him how to make mean eyes. Because now that’s all he seems to be drawing.

Take a look at the last image. It’s an animated gif showing him playing with it.

There are many more. Just couldn’t find them right now. I’ll try to send more as I find them.

Beeswax mania

Maya has been creating these amazing mix media scenes lately. They are
blowing me away! The green lady even has jewelry on including a teeny tiny
ring on her finger, as well as high heels.

Maya’s preparing for Easter

Mommy got these wool balls for $1 a bag at the second hand store.

This is a bunny, a chick and two eggs… and a little eco plug…. they’re sustainable!!! No plastic. Maya’s off to a good start at being a responsible custodian of our wonderful earth. Good job maya!! 😉
