Mama Junko had the day off during the week so Mommy took Maya and Sawyer to the Irvine Park Railroad. They finally got to race a real tractor on their very own. Then we went through a haunted house, rode the train ride around the parkway and played in the pumpkin patch.

We had lunch in the trolley car at the Old Spaghetti Factory nearby with a perfect view of the train tracks, and watched three long trains pass through the city while we enjoyed our delicious lunch together.

It was a train extravaganza! 🚂…

We have a tradition of eating out on Friday evenings, then after eating we go to this Japanese toy store to LOOK at all the toys and anime things. Yesterday when we went to the store maya showed me her favorite little stuffed animals. Then she picked them up and said “I’m Not Going to Get Them, I’m Just Going to Hold Them While We’re in the Store”. She carried them around the store for the next ten minutes before she finally got tired of carrying them and then put them back.

They were really soft!

Sawyer is usually with us but this day he fell asleep in the restaurant so mommy took him to the car.

They both love looking st all the little eraser figures.
