Jungle Gymnasts

Both maya and Sawyer have been sharing some of their jungle gym poses in the morning when I drop them off at school. In fact they get very very upset when I need to go to work. But you can see why. They have so much they need to show me 30 minutes before my meetings is scheduled to start at work…. all the way in town. 😉

Another Diamond Head Hike and pigeon feeding

Another spring time Diamond head hike. I like this time of year because the landscape is super green compared to most of the year when it’s dry.

After we hitched a ride on the trolley and the driver gave us some seeds to feed the mikini?? Pigeons meaning small pigeons.

An I and a Y …Sawyer learning his alphabets!!! ;)

Sawyer is learning his alphabets so well. He so astutely pointed out that this poop looks like an I and a Y. Don’t you agree!! 🙂

And this is a face Maya made on the table.

Aulani Staycation

We went to the Aulani resort on Saturday a couple weeks ago for a stay-cation. Don’t tell the kids that it’s a Disney hotel. We’re not big on the child brainwashing at this early age. But have to admit it was cool to see Sawyer talking to Moana asking her where Maui was. BTW, they never watched the movie. I think they picked all this up watching the preview about 100 times on the airplane flight here to hawaii.

It was a lot of fun playing in the pools and going on all the slides and especially the lazy river. Despite the fact that we got a little sick from all the chlorine, but our nutritionist gots us covered.

We lost Sawyer’s slippers and walked everywhere only to find them at the jacuzzi. Check out where I found them… on either side of the steps. He just throws them off wherever he wants. 🙂

Also worth noting the office I work for now did the construction drawings for this place. So I was able to get a quick tour of the operations. Which are already paying off at work.
