We did a quick pit stop at the beach before climbing 2/3 of the way up the coco head crater stairs.

Maya’s class made these moss gardens as a gift to take home. They had to
spray water it every day.

Maya’s class made star babies as a handwork project and they have been
given away to a local shelter for other children to enjoy for the
holidays. They are just darling.

and… Dun-dunna-na! Daddy has been published in not one, but two,
newspapers this month! The largest newspaper, the Honolulu Star-Bulletin,
and yesterday in the Mid-Week newspaper! They were both pleasant surprises
to us 🙂

I just realized what a crazy view I have from my office after almost six months at AHL. I haven’t been promoted to window seat yet! 😉 But before I start to take this amazing view for granted I wanted to take a minute to appreciate it. I guess this is what it feels like to live in a postcard, at least until life throws me my next curveball.
