Are the bike lanes actually used?
It was raining that day. But unfortunately since Hawaii is so small people
don’t see any issue with driving. At the same time its small enough to bike
everywhere??
Let me see how it is when its not raining and also since it was just
added… Let’s give it time to catch on. “If you build it they will come”.
Eventually when gas prices get back up that will encourage bicycling too.
